This topic describes how to download export tasks to your local computer.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
An export task has been submitted.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.
On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.
On the channel action page, select Download Center to go to the Download Center page.
On the Download Center page, filter as needed by export source and export status.
Select the relevant data and click Download to save the data to your local computer.
