Download exported data files to your local computer from Download Center.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
A download task is submitted.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left navigation pane, under the Instant Message menu, select Instant Message and then click the sending account name.
On the Send Account Details page, click Download Center to go to the Download Center page.
Optional: specify Export Source or Export Status.
Select the target data and click Download.
