This topic describes how to export files to your local computer.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
A download task is submitted.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

On the Channel Management page, click a Channel ID or click Manage in the Actions column.
On the page that appears, click Download Center in the left navigation pane.
On the page that appears, specify a filtering condition. You can specify Export Source or Export Status.
Select the data that you want to download and click Download.
