Container Service for Kubernetes:GPU-accelerated ECS instance types supported by ACK

Last Updated:Apr 25, 2024

The following GPU models are supported by Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK): NVIDIA T4, NVIDIA P4, NVIDIA P100, NVIDIA A10, and NVIDIA V100. However, ACK does not support shared ECS instance types or vGPU-accelerated ECS instance types that are equipped with these GPU models. This topic describes the GPU-accelerated ECS instance types supported by ACK.

Note
  • If you want to add GPU-accelerated nodes to your ACK cluster, you must select instance types only from the preceding instance families.

  • vGPU-accelerated instances are not supported by ACK. For more information, see Does ACK support vGPU-accelerated instances?

  • GPU-accelerated instances of the gn7r GPU-accelerated compute-optimized instance family do not support ARM.
