Step 1: Launch a Bot in a DingTalk Group

  1. Create a DingTalk Group: Start by setting up a DingTalk group where you want the notifications to be sent. This could be a dedicated group for your team or department.
  2. Add a Bot:
  • Within the DingTalk group, navigate to the group settings.
  • Select the option to add a bot. Follow the prompts to create a new bot.

Step 2: Add Webhook Bot on Alibaba Cloud

Platform: https://notifications2.console.alibabacloud.com/subscribeWebhook

1.  Access Alibaba Cloud Notification Service: Go to the Alibaba Cloud Notifications service platform by visiting Alibaba Cloud Notifications Console.

2.  Create a New Webhook Subscription:

  • Select the option to create a new webhook subscription.
  • You will be prompted to enter the necessary details, including the webhook URL and signed key.

3.  Configure Webhook URL:

  • Paste the Webhook URL: This is the endpoint generated by your DingTalk bot. Ensure that you copy it accurately.
  • Signed Key: Paste the signature of your bot as the Signed Key. This key ensures that your notifications are secure and that only authorized services can send messages to your DingTalk group.
