ApsaraDB for SelectDB:Refund policy

Subscription instances and clusters support refunds. Pay-as-you-go instances and clusters are not eligible for refunds — release or delete them directly in the ApsaraDB for SelectDB console.

Warning

Unsubscribing from an ApsaraDB for SelectDB instance permanently releases all associated resources, including computing resources, cache, and storage. All data is deleted. Proceed with caution.

Scope

The refund policy applies only to subscription instances and clusters. To stop using a pay-as-you-go instance or cluster, release or delete it directly in the console. For instructions, see Delete an instance and Delete a cluster.

Refund method

Billing methodRefund method
SubscriptionApply for a refund. The refund amount is calculated based on the resource specifications of the subscription instance or cluster. This applies to unsubscribing from an instance or cluster, and to scaling in a subscription cluster.
