Export the SASE client logs to your computer to diagnose connection issues or share with support.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

Export client logs

  1. On the SASE client, click Feedback.

  2. In the Feedback dialog box, click Export Local Logs.

  3. Select a local path to export the logs.
