After your administrator configures services in the SASE console, download and install the SASE client on your device to access the corporate network.
Download and install the SASE client
-
Log on to the Secure Access Service Edge console.
-
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Settings Center > General Configurations. On the Download Client tab, download the appropriate installer for your device.
The tab includes three options: Download Desktop Client, Download Mobile Client, and Download URL.
-
In the x64 folder of the extracted directory, double-click the setup.exe installer.
After the installation, the SASE client icon appears on your desktop.
Log on to the SASE client
Open the installed SASE app.
-
Enter your enterprise authentication identifier and click Ok.
You can find your enterprise authentication identifier on the Settings page or get it from your administrator.
-
Select the correct identity provider (IdP) type and follow the on-screen instructions to log on to the SASE client.
The IdP type is configured by your administrator. If you are unsure which IdP to use, contact your administrator.
Install certificates
If your administrator has configured CA certificates for network access, install them as prompted after you log on to the SASE client. Windows installs the certificate automatically. On other operating systems, follow the on-screen instructions to install it manually.
Next steps
To access corporate applications through SASE, you must also enable network protection in the SASE client. For more information, see Enable network protection.
