After your enterprise administrator completes service configuration in the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) console, download and install the SASE client on your device to connect to your enterprise network.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
Your enterprise administrator has completed service configuration in the SASE console
You have your enterprise authentication identifier (available on the Account Settings tab of the Settings page in the SASE console, or ask your administrator)
Install the SASE client
Log on to the SASE console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Settings.
On the Download Client tab, download the installation package by following the on-screen instructions. The tab provides three sections: Download Desktop Client, Download Mobile Client, and Download URL.
Double-click the
setup.exeinstaller to install the SASE client. When the installation is complete, the SASE client icon appears on your desktop.
Log on to the SASE client
Open the SASE client.
Enter your enterprise authentication identifier and click OK.
Get your enterprise authentication identifier from the Account Settings tab on the Settings page in the SASE console, or ask your administrator.
Select your identity provider (IdP) type and follow the on-screen instructions to log on. The IdP type is set by your administrator. If you are not sure which type to select, contact your department manager or administrator.
Install certificates
If your administrator has configured network access and certificate authority (CA) certificates, install the certificates after you log on by following the on-screen instructions.
On Windows, certificates are installed automatically. On other operating systems, install them manually by following the on-screen instructions.
