RFM model filtering is based on the RFM Model. You can filter users by RFM model type. There are eight types of RFM models. For more information, see RFM User Types and Division Rules.
Procedure
Choose Workspace> User Insight > Audience Insight > Audience Filtering to go to the Audience Filtering page.

Click RFM Model in the left-side navigation pane, or drag RFM Model from the left side to the right side. An RFM model filter card is added on the right side.
Select an RFM model and select the required user type. You can select multiple or all users. Users that meet the definition of the RFM type are filtered out. For more information, see RFM User Types and Division Rules.

Click + Condition to add a condition.

You can specify multiple conditions by using the AND, OR method. Default value: OR, as shown in the following figure. Click to switch between
Click Delete in the Actions column to delete the condition.
NoteIf you need a difference set relationship between two conditions, you can use cross filtering to filter the two conditions separately as two label filters, and then use the difference set relationship between the two label filters. For more information, see Cross Filter.
After you set the filter conditions for the RFM model, enter the name and description of the group, select the directory where the group is saved, and the associated sub-activities (For more information, see Marketing Campaign Documentation), and set whether to make it public as public audience. Click Estimate to estimate the number of people. Click Generate Audience to save the result.
