Expiration reminder: When your resource plan is about to expire, you receive a text message notification. This message reminds you that usage after plan expiration incurs charges.

Monitor usage: All resource plans have usage quotas. Monitor the remaining quota of your resource plan.

Statistics latency reminder: Resource consumption statistics have a one-day delay, so the displayed balance is not real-time. Do not use resources up to the limit. For example, you may have no resources left, but the interface shows 10% remaining. Continuing to use the service results in an overdue payment. Stop using the service when remaining resources are low.
Q: Will the plan or resource plan I purchased on the PAI ArtLab platform automatically renew after it is used up?
No. Plans or resource plans purchased on the PAI ArtLab platform do not have auto-renewal enabled and will not automatically renew upon expiration.
Q: How do I view the usage and expiration date of free trial resources, coupons, and resource plans?
Q: What do I do if I fail to claim a Yunxiao Creator coupon?
To claim the coupon, complete student identity authentication for your phone number, linked Alipay account, and Alibaba Cloud account. Check whether the Alibaba Cloud account with which you are logged in has passed student authentication.
Billing rules and purchase operations
Q: My Alibaba Cloud account has completed identity verification and is linked to Alipay. Will the fees incurred from using the product be directly deducted from my personal Alipay account? What are the deduction rules for fees generated on the platform?
Fees are not directly deducted from your personal Alipay account. Resource consumption fees are deducted as follows:

Scenario 1: If your Alibaba Cloud account balance is less than 0, your account has an overdue payment. You cannot use the platform, and no fees are generated.

Scenario 2: If you have not claimed free trial resources or coupons, have not purchased a plan or resource plan, and your Alibaba Cloud account balance is 0, you cannot use the platform, and no fees are generated.

Scenario 3: If you have claimed free trial resources or coupons, or purchased a plan or resource plan, and your Alibaba Cloud account balance is greater than or equal to 0, fees for using the platform are deducted from your free trial resources, coupons, plan, or resource plan.

Scenario 4: If you have not claimed free trial resources or coupons, have not purchased a plan or resource plan, and your Alibaba Cloud account balance is greater than or equal to 0, fees for using the platform are deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account balance.

You have assets stored on the platform, and storage continuously consumes resources. Examples:

You created a dataset and uploaded images. Storage fees for these images are deducted from your coupons.

Transferring models from Model Square to My Models incurs storage fees.

Images generated using any image generation tool are saved to your storage space. Storing these images incurs storage fees.

You started a Pro version tool on the platform and disabled the auto-shutdown policy. Because the tool was not manually shut down, its underlying cloud instance continues to run and consume resources. This may apply to these tools:

Scenario 1: When not using a tool, close its tab in the PAI ArtLab platform to shut it down.

Scenario 2: When you start a tool, do not disable the auto-shutdown policy. If auto-shutdown is enabled, the tool automatically shuts down when idle for more than 20 minutes. This helps save costs.

Authentication, authorization, and activation
Q: How can Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users complete platform authentication, authorization, and activation?
Q: When I go to the authentication, authorization, and activation page, a message indicates that the current RAM user does not have activation permissions and I should contact the administrator. What should I do?

Cause
The current account is a RAM user that has not been granted the required permissions by the Alibaba Cloud account.

Contact the Alibaba Cloud account administrator to grant permissions to the RAM user (optional).
