When a Lindorm instance expires or your account has an overdue payment, the instance is immediately disabled. You have 15 days to renew or recharge before all data is permanently deleted.
Subscription instances
A subscription instance is disabled immediately after it expires. The instance status changes to Locked.
| Time after expiration | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0–15 days | Instance is disabled and data is retained. Manually renew the instance to restore access immediately. |
| After 15 days | Computing and storage resources are released. Data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. |
To avoid reaching the 15-day cutoff, enable auto-renewal before the instance expires.
