After you enable the device statistics service, you can view cross-instance device statistics in one place, including lifecycle metrics, trend changes, and regional distribution for products and devices.
Prerequisites
The device statistics service must be enabled. For instructions, see Enable and Disable O&M Statistics.
Background information
By default, the O&M statistics service is disabled for new Enterprise Edition instances. You must enable it manually. You can also disable the service after it is enabled. The O&M statistics service currently supports device statistics, working status statistics, event statistics, and custom statistics. For more information about the O&M statistics service, see O&M statistics overview.
Procedure

Log in to the IoT Platform Console or the .

At the top of the console, select the region where your target Enterprise Edition instance is located. Then, in the Instance Overview tab, locate the desired Enterprise Edition instance and single click its name.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

Navigate to the Device Statistics tab, select the instance, product, and time period, and then review the data.

Note-
The count of online devices includes only those that have been online for more than 6 hours within the specified time.
