The Alibaba Cloud console provides information about the resource usage and fees that are charged for Express Connect to help you manage costs. This topic describes how to query the bills and resource usage details of Express Connect.

Query bills

Note When you create a hosted connection over an Express Connect circuit pre-installed by an Express Connect partner and the hosted connection is paid by the partner, you need to contact the partner and log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console with the Alibaba Cloud account of the partner to query bills.
  1. Log on to the Express Connect console.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the top navigation bar, choose Expenses > User Center.
  3. In the left-side navigation pane of the Billing Management console, choose Spending Summary > Spending Summary.
  4. On the Bills page, you can click the Bills or Details tab to query bills.
    • On the Bills tab, you can set Billing Cycle, enter an order number or a bill number in the Order/Bill No. field, and then click Search. The system then displays all bills that match the search conditions. You can select Express Connect from the Product Name drop-down list. You can also filter bills by Product Detail, Subscription Type, Item, or Status.
    • On the Details tab, you can set Billing Cycle, enter an instance name or an instance ID in the Instance Name or Instance ID field, and then click Search. The system displays all bills that match the search conditions. You can set Statistic Item and Statistic Period to filter bills. You can select Express Connect from the Product Name drop-down list. You can also filter bills by Product Detail or Subscription Type.
  5. Click the Bills or Details tab. You can customize columns and export billing details to a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
    • Click Customize Column Options in the upper-right corner, select the columns that you want to display, and then click OK.
    • To export billing details to a CSV file, click Export Billing Overview (CSV), select the content that you want to export, enter the verification code, and then click OK.

Query resource usage details

  1. Log on to the Express Connect console.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the top navigation bar, choose Expenses > User Center.
  3. In the left-side navigation pane of the Billing Management console, click Usage Records.
  4. On the Usage Records page, select PhysicalConnection from the Product drop-down list and set the Billable Item, Time Period, and Time Unit parameters. Then, click Export CSV.
  5. You can view the status of the files on the Export Record page. If Status of a file changes from Generating to Exported, you can click Download in the Actions column to export the file.
    Open the downloaded file. You can view the resource usage by instance ID, region, or IP address.
