No Service-Level Agreement (SLA): No uptime guarantee is provided for access latency or network interruptions.

Platform rules and support

Fair use policy: Accounts that violate local laws, abuse resources, or make abnormal high-frequency API calls may face rate limiting, site suspension, or purchase restrictions.
Technical support: Ticket-based support is not included with the Entrance plan. Paid plans provide technical support, with expert services on the Enterprise plan.
Dynamic optimization: Feature set and rule capacity of the Entrance plan may change over time to ensure fair usage.
