    Edge Security Acceleration:Get free Alibaba Cloud ESA plans

    Use the free Entrance plan and unlock mainland acceleration

    1. Free access: The Entrance plan is always free. It includes unlimited traffic, requires no redemption code, and has no task requirements. Go to the ESA console at any time to add your site and select the free Entrance plan. By default, this plan does not include Chinese mainland acceleration.

    2. Post to unlock Chinese mainland acceleration: Publish a post with text and images recommending Alibaba Cloud ESA on any social media platform or blog, such as Linux.do, V2EX.com, X.com, Juejin, Zhihu, Xiaohongshu (post example), Bilibili, your personal blog, facebook.com, or youtube.com. Your post must meet the following requirements:

      1. Share your genuine experience using ESA (such as project showcases, product comparisons, deployment steps, or creative demonstrations). The post must be at least 30 words long.

      2. Add the following tags at the end of your post: #AlibabaCloudESA #ESAPages #frontenddevelopment

      3. Include at least one official image. We also recommend adding your own screenshot to help your post gain more exposure.

      After posting, join one of our community groups and share your post link and Alibaba Cloud account ID to claim the reward for unlocking Chinese mainland acceleration. Rewards are distributed within two business days.

    FAQ

    Using the unlocked Entrance plan

    1. For a new site: When adding the site, select the Global acceleration region and choose the Entrance plan.

    2. For an existing site: In the ESA console, go to Websites. In the Website column, click the target site. On the overview page, switch the acceleration region of the site to Global.

    Finding your account ID

    In the Alibaba Cloud Management Console, click your profile picture in the upper-right corner to find your Alibaba Cloud account ID.

    Deleting your post

    We encourage honest participation. To prevent your Chinese mainland acceleration access from being revoked, we recommend that you keep the post online.

    Identifying channel partner accounts

    If you use an Alibaba Cloud account provided by a channel partner, go to the Account Center. In the left-side navigation pane, click Security Settings and check if a Distribution Relationship section appears. If it does, your account is a special channel partner account.

    Xiaohongshu post example

    When you publish a post recommending Alibaba Cloud ESA on Xiaohongshu, include the following content:

    • Share your genuine experience using ESA (such as project showcases, product comparisons, deployment steps, or creative demonstrations). The post must be at least 30 words long.

    • Add the following tags at the end of your post: #AlibabaCloudESA #ESAPages #frontenddevelopment

    • Include at least one official event image.

      Note

      To ensure your post is approved by Xiaohongshu, avoid using superlative or promotional terms that may violate platform policies, such as free membership, claim voucher, best, number one, top-tier, or absolute. You can use a compliance checking tool like Lingke Word Checker to scan your text.
