After you purchase Data Security Center (DSC), all purchased resources are allocated to assets outside the Chinese mainland. If you want to use DSC for assets in the Chinese mainland, you must manually allocate the purchased resources.
Log on to the DSC console.
On the Workbench page, click Billable Items in the upper-right corner.
In the Billable Items dialog box, configure resource allocation for assets in and outside the Chinese mainland and click OK.
If the available resource capacity is insufficient, click Scale out Now to upgrade DSC. For more information, see Specification change of subscription DSC.
