    If you no longer require the DataV-Board 7.0 (Data Dashboard) product, you can unsubscribe as needed.

    Unsubscription Impact

    • Upon unsubscription, the instance is released immediately, rendering saved visualization projects and other content inaccessible. The associated data is retained for 15 days. During this period, if a new instance is purchased, the data will automatically sync to the new instance, allowing continued access to the data. If no new purchase occurs within 15 days, the project data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

      Important

      Before unsubscribing, ensure you have migrated or backed up all necessary data.

    • Professional Edition Trial is available for new users to purchase once and is valid for one month. Once unsubscribed, this version cannot be repurchased, so please consider carefully before proceeding.

    Unsubscription Types

    DataV-Board 7.0 offers two unsubscription options: Five-day No-reason Unsubscription and Partial Unsubscription.

    • Five-day No-reason Unsubscription: You are eligible for a full refund within five days of purchase.

    • Partial Unsubscription: If you decide to unsubscribe after using the product for some time, you can opt for this method. The platform will refund the fees for the remaining active period based on the actual interface. For billing standards of each version, see Billing Methods.

    Unsubscription Operation

    DataV-Board 7.0 allows for unsubscription through two methods: Self-service Unsubscription via Console and Manual Unsubscription by Submitting a Ticket. Choose the method that suits your needs.

    Self-service Unsubscription

    1. Navigate to Billing and Cost.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Unsubscription to access the Resource Unsubscription page.

    3. On the Unsubscribe Resource tab, use filters such as product name and instance ID to locate the instance. Select the desired unsubscription type and click Unsubscribe Resource in the Operation column for the relevant instance.

    4. Select the unsubscription reason, review the unsubscription rules, click Unsubscribe Now, and follow the prompts to complete the process.

      Important

      • After unsubscription, the instance is released immediately, and the data cannot be retrieved. Ensure you have migrated or backed up all necessary data.

      • Refunds will be processed to the original Alipay account, online banking channel, or Alibaba Cloud account within 2 to 3 working days. Please verify receipt. You can also monitor the progress in Order > My Orders.

    Manual Unsubscription

    1. Submit a Ticket, select Product Classification as Financial, and provide a clear description of the unsubscription reason, product, and instance.

    2. An engineer will review the unsubscription request. Once approved, they will assist with the unsubscription process.

      Important

      • After unsubscription, the instance is released immediately, and the data cannot be retrieved. Ensure you have migrated or backed up all necessary data.

      • Refunds will be processed to the original Alipay account, online banking channel, or Alibaba Cloud account within 2 to 3 working days. Please verify receipt.
