Activate DataV-Board
If you want to use DataV-Board to create and view data dashboards, advanced features such as the number of supported projects, templates, and component types are involved. Renewal
Service interruptions may occur if a service instance expires. The system will remind or notify you to renew the service at the earliest opportunity. To ensure service continuity, you can manually renew or enable auto-renewal for the service.
Upgrade and downgrade
You can perform an upgrade or downgrade based on your business requirements.
Unsubscription
If you no longer need to use DataV-Board, you can unsubscribe from the service.

Can I renew an edition after it expires?
No, you cannot renew an edition after it expires. We recommend that you renew an edition before it expires. However, you can purchase the edition again. After an edition expires, the service instance is released immediately. You can no longer access the published visualized projects. However, the saved visualized projects and related production content are retained for 15 days. During this period, you can purchase DataV again at any time and continue your development.
Can I use DataV Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition in an account at the same time?
No, you cannot use DataV Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition in an account at the same time. You can use DataV Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition only in different accounts.
