The listed assets page displays all currently listed assets. You can query assets in the asset directory and perform operations such as editing, delisting, and setting maintenance permissions. This topic describes how to view and manage listed assets.
Prerequisites
Table/Metric/Dashboard assets: The Asset Operation value-added service is purchased, and the Asset Operation module is enabled for the current tenant.
API assets: The Asset Operation value-added service and the DataService Studio feature are purchased.
To manage dashboard assets, you must first create an application and a Quick BI metadata acquisition node. For more information, see Create and manage applications and Create and manage metadata acquisition nodes.
Permissions
Super administrators, operation administrators, and custom global roles with listing management permissions can list, delist, and manage listed assets.
Business system operators and maintenance personnel with asset maintenance permissions can manage the assets in the business systems they are responsible for.
Procedure
On the Dataphin home page, select Asset > Directory Management from the top menu bar.
In the navigation pane on the left, select Manual Listing > {Asset Type}, and then click Listed.
The listed assets page displays details about the assets, including the following: Asset Name, Metric Type, Associated Technical Metric, Asset Source, Owning Folder, Latest Status, Information Completeness, Relisting Required, Change Type, Listing Time, Latest Data Timestamp, and Last Update Time.
Deleted Asset: If an asset is deleted from the metadata checklist, it is marked with a yellow icon. Click Delist to remove it from the list of listed assets.
Asset Source: The source of the asset object. The Dataphin data section contains only logical tables. The asset source for API assets is a DataService Studio project. The asset source for Quick BI dashboards is a Quick BI workspace.
Status: For an asset with a status of Listing Failed, hover over the
icon next to the status to view the reason for the failure. After you fix the issue, relist the asset.Completeness: Indicates whether the required properties of the asset are complete and valid.
Latest Asset Status: The available management operations vary based on the asset status, as shown in the following table.

In the Operations column of the target asset, perform the required actions. The available actions are the same for all asset types. The following description uses a table asset as an example. You can select up to 10,000 assets for a single batch operation.
Operation
Description
View
Go to the Asset Directory > Asset Details page to view more details about the asset.
Edit
Modify the basic information and field information (for table assets only) of the asset, and configure its visibility permissions. For more information, see Edit asset information.
List
Click List, or select one or more assets and click List at the bottom. This lists the asset in the asset directory. If an approval rule is configured for the asset, the listing request must be approved. The approval note can be up to 100 characters long. After the request is approved, the asset is listed in the asset directory. If no approval rule is configured, the asset is listed directly.
NoteOnly assets with all required information configured can be listed.
After a table asset is listed, the custom metric assets under that table can be listed.
Only users and roles with asset maintenance permissions can list assets.
The name of a listed business metric must be unique within the tenant.
Delist
Click Delist, or select one or more assets and click Delist at the bottom to delist a single asset or multiple assets in a batch. If an approval rule is configured for the asset, the delisting request must be approved. The approval note can be up to 100 characters long. Click OK. After the request is approved, successfully delisted assets are moved to the pre-listed assets list and can no longer be viewed in the asset directory. If an asset fails to be delisted, its status changes to Delisting Failed, but it can still be viewed in the asset directory. If no approval rule is configured for the asset, it is delisted directly.
NoteYou can select up to 10,000 assets for a single batch operation.
Delisting a table asset also delists the metric assets within that table. Assets for which you do not have maintenance permissions are skipped.
Set Maintenance Permissions
This operation is not supported for business metrics.
Click Set Maintenance Permissions to configure maintenance personnel for the asset. They are responsible for daily maintenance, including modifying information and managing listings.
Select up to 10,000 assets. Click Set Maintenance Permissions at the bottom to add or replace maintenance personnel in batches.
Replace: Replaces the maintenance personnel of the selected assets with the ones you specify.
Append: Keeps the existing maintenance personnel for the selected assets and adds the ones you specify.
View Change History
Shows the change history of a single asset for the last 30 days. This includes property and status changes, which helps with traceability.
Modify Properties
After selecting assets, click Modify Properties at the bottom. On the batch modification page, modify the asset properties. The configuration details are the same as those for batch modifying properties of pre-listed assets. For more information, see Modify Properties.
Compared with editing a single asset, some properties support more flexible configuration.
Intelligent Generation
Only table and technical metric assets support this operation. Intelligent generation applies only to editable assets. Select the assets for which you want to generate information, and click Intelligent Generation at the bottom. In the dialog box that appears, configure the information. For more information, see Intelligent Generation.
Export Asset
Click Export Asset at the bottom to batch export the selected assets. The system automatically skips assets for which the current user does not have maintenance permissions.
If you export many assets, the file may take some time to generate. You can view the export task details and download the file from Batch Management - Batch Operation Records.
If an asset is deleted, you can only view it.
