List identified assets to make them searchable and available for consumption in the asset catalog.
Prerequisites

Table, metric, or dashboard assets: You have purchased the Asset Operations value-added service and enabled the Asset Operations module for the current tenant.

API assets: You have purchased the Asset Operations value-added service and the DataService Studio feature.

Overview
Only Listed assets can be searched and viewed in the asset catalog. Assets acquired from data sources and the data mid-end initially appear as pending. Before listing an asset, complete its properties, including topic, folder, and visibility scope. Assets not needed for listing can be marked as Do Not List.
