Cloud Monitor:Callback failure

Last Updated:Jun 23, 2026

You can configure an alert callback URL to push Cloud Monitor alert notifications to a specified HTTP service. Ensuring that Cloud Monitor can reliably deliver alerts to the target service is critical to a successful integration.

Use the following methods to troubleshoot alert callback failures in different scenarios:

  • Integrate instant messaging tools as additional alert notification channels.

If the alert callback address is set to the webhook URL of DingTalk, Lark, WeCom, or Slack, you need to modify the alert contacts. For more information, see Modify an alert contact or alert contact group.

  • Integrate alert information into self-managed or other platforms.

If the alert callback URL is configured in a system event-triggered alert rule or a threshold-triggered alert rule, you need to modify the alert rule. For more information, see Modify a system event-triggered alert rule and Modify an alert rule.

Callback failures are typically caused by configuration or environment changes on the caller or receiver side. We recommend that you periodically verify alert callbacks.
