This topic describes how to manage Instagram templates, including creating, designing, modifying, and deleting these templates.
Prerequisites
An Instagram channel is created. For more information, see Create and manage Instagram channels.
A professional account is created on Instagram. For more information, see Set up a professional account on Instagram.
Create a template
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management. Click the channel ID of an Instagram channel.
On the Template Design page, click Add.
In the dialog box, set the required parameters and click OK.
Design a template
Design template content as prompted based on the content type that you selected when you created the template.
Click Save.
Modify a template
The following section describes how to modify template content.
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management. Click the channel ID of an Instagram channel.
On the Template Design page, find the template that you want to modify and click Edit in the Actions column.
Modify the template content based on your business requirements and click Save.
Delete a template
The following section describes how to delete a template.
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management. Click the channel ID of an Instagram channel.
On the Template Design page, find the template that you want to delete and click Delete in the Actions column. In the message that appears, click OK.
