Problem Description
You can use Alibaba Mail to send emails normally, but cannot receive emails.
Possible Causes
If you can send emails, the mail server is running normally. However, if you cannot receive emails, the MX resolution may not be performed or the MX resolution may not take effect.
Solutions
1. If you purchased the domain name from Alibaba Cloud and used a domain name resolution server (DNS) provided by Alibaba Cloud, please log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console. Click DNS Settings next to the domain name and add the resolution by referring to How to Setup DNS Resolution of Alibaba Cloud Domain Name for Alibaba Mail?.
2. If you are not using a domain name registered with Alibaba Cloud, or you are not using the domain name resolution service (DNS) provided by Alibaba Cloud. For more information, please check How to Setup DNS Resolution of Non-Alibaba Cloud Domain Name for Alibaba Mail?
