This topic describes how to configure DNS resolution for non-Alibaba Cloud domain name of Alibaba Mail.
After you purchase Alibaba Mail products, in addition to setting up the email address, it is very important to resolve the domain name bound to the email address. After add the corresponding records and take effect then Alibaba Mail can normally send and receive emails.
If your domain name is not purchased in Alibaba Cloud and you cannot automatically resolve the domain name, you can copy the following record information and provide it to your domain name service provider to guide you finish resolution.
