This topic describes how to set email filter rules.
What is Email Filter?
To protect enterprise information and data security, Alibaba Mail support the Email Filter feature. The mailbox system will automatically perform specified operations on emails that meet the preset rules. For example, you can set the filtering rule as deleting it directly if the message body contains the keyword of "issue invoice by proxy".
If the range of filter rule is too large or the conditions are too simple (for example, filtering by a single keyword), important emails may be put in the junk box or cannot be received.
Procedure:
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page> Security> Email Filter.
2. Click Create Email Filter Rule, turn on Execution Status, configure the rules, and click Save.
