Project Introduction

GenieSpark is an AI-powered product review analyzer that tells you which reviews are driving sales, and which reviews are losing sales from potential customers, before they even click the buy button.

Project Value and Solution

93% of potential customers read reviews before they purchase an item, yet only 10% of actual customers write reviews. This creates a gap in business understanding of what actually drives purchase of their products or services, due to the lack of data.

GenieSpark helps to solve the problem in 2 ways:

  1. We provide a free AI review analyzer to customers via a Chrome plugin. With the AI analyzer, customers can shop multiple products and GenieSpark will help to consolidate all the published reviews into themes like quality, speed of delivery, price, etc, for the customer to make better and more informed purchase decisions.
  2. Based on the customer's interactions with GenieSpark, we are able to understand how customers browse through different product themes and subsequently whether they actually go on and click the 'buy' button via the ecommerce site. This helps to solve businesses' data gap and help them analyze buying behaviour beyond page loads and clicks.

Technology Highlights

We used PAI and Qwen to quickly deploy a system that can crawl actual Google reviews pages for customer reviews, assign a metatag to the customer review, and then visualise the collections of metatags in easy-to-read charts and graphs for the end user.
