On August 26, 2026, Qwen Conference Hong Kong 2026 was held in Hong Kong, attracting more than 300 enterprise customers and developers. Kong Lin, Head of QwenCloud, delivered a keynote titled "QwenCloud: AI-Native Cloud, Built for the Agent Era," introducing the full QwenCloud product portfolio to local enterprises and AI entrepreneurs.

The keynote centered on the theme "QwenCloud: AI-Native Cloud, Built for the Agent Era." Kong Lin outlined the platform's vision, its three entry points - the website, Skills, and the CLI - as well as its multimodal capabilities, commercial offerings, and open ecosystem, providing a comprehensive overview of the QwenCloud product portfolio.Product Manager Pangu then gave a live demonstration of how an agent can use the platform's Skills to complete an end-to-end workflow, from account setup and model selection to inference, application deployment, payment, and billing support.

The exhibition area at the Hong Kong event was built around QwenCloud's three entry points - Website, Skills, and CLI - and offered an immersive, hands-on experience. It guided attendees through the full product journey, from discovering models and trying them online to integrating them with agents. More than ten qualified enterprise leads from industries including film and television production and financial services registered their interest on-site. The booth was lively throughout the event, with strong engagement and active discussion. The event drew a largely enterprise-focused audience with a strong interest in commercial adoption. Questions about free quotas and Token Plan pricing came up throughout the day. Many enterprise attendees and students explored models through Try AI on the website and discussed the value of different Token Plan tiers. After confirming the available quotas and pricing, several attendees purchased Token Plans on the spot to begin trying them out, moving quickly from consultation to confidence and conversion.Try AI's multi-model comparisons, together with the straightforward hands-on experience offered by Skills and CLI, helped users quickly assess model performance and the learning curve. This also eased concerns about whether a paid plan would be a good fit for their own use cases.
