Alibaba Supports Malaysia's AI untuk Rakyat Programme with MuleRun and WonderClip

Alibaba is supporting AI untuk Rakyat, an initiative under the Ministry of Digital implemented by MyDIGITAL Corporation through the Rakyat Digital platform, by making MuleRun and WonderClip available as part of the programme’s initial suite of AI tools.

AI untuk Rakyat aims to benefit 100,000 Malaysian youth aged 18 to 30. Participants who successfully complete and pass the prescribed learning modules will be eligible to redeem three months of complimentary access to selected AI applications offered through the programme.

This initiative reflects an important effort by the Malaysian Government to broaden access to AI technologies and provide young Malaysians with opportunities to build practical skills and confidence in using AI. “

Powering Creative and Productive AI for Malaysian Youth

The two Alibaba AI products included in the programme are designed to lower barriers to AI adoption across creative and productivity domains:

WonderClip is an end-to-end AI video creation platform launched by Alibaba Cloud. It brings together Alibaba’s self-developed leading video and image generation models including HappyHorse, Wan, and Qwen image to deliver a full-chain solution covering script analysis, storyboard generation, video synthesis, and post-production. The platform streamlines the entire workflow from concept to final cut, significantly boosting production efficiency for industries such as AI anime short dramas, marketing videos, and creative video content.

MuleRun is Alibaba’s AI-powered agent and workflow automation platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage intelligent agents through natural-language interactions. Leveraging Alibaba’s large language models, MuleRun automates multi-step workflows from data processing and research to content generation and decision support, making enterprise-grade AI productivity accessible to non-technical users and young creators alike.
