Cloud Computer Manager is a built-in management application on your cloud computer. You can use it to view basic information, optimize performance, manage peripherals, and submit product feedback.
The procedures in this topic are based on Cloud Computer Manager V2.5.0. If your user experience differs from this guide, you may need to update the application to the latest version.
Home
To open Cloud Computer Manager, do one of the following:
On the cloud computer desktop, double-click the Cloud Computer Manager shortcut icon.
On the cloud computer desktop, click the DesktopAssistant and then click Cloud Computer Manager.
Cloud Computer Manager opens to the Home page by default.
The Home page displays basic information about your cloud computer, including:
Operating system
Image version
Cloud computer configuration (CPU model, memory size, and disk capacity)
Resource usage (CPU usage, memory usage, and disk usage)
You can perform memory or disk cleanup directly from the corresponding cards.
Peripherals
A cloud computer can connect to and use peripherals connected to your on-premises device, such as audio/video devices, storage devices, and printers. You can manage these peripherals on the Peripherals page.
From this page, you can:
Add a printer. For more information, see Configure peripheral access and Configure peripheral access.
Check peripheral compatibility. For more information, see Configure peripheral access.
Migrate a driver from your on-premises device to the cloud computer. For more information, see Configure peripheral access.
System optimization
On the System optimization page, you can improve your cloud computer's performance by optimizing system settings and startup applications.
System Settings Optimization: Disable unnecessary features and scheduled tasks.
Startup Application Optimization: Disable unnecessary startup applications.
Health check
The Health check page lets you check the health of your cloud computer and immediately fix any issues found.
Image doctor
The Image doctor page lets you check the status of image-related services and fix any detected issues immediately to ensure that image updates function correctly.
Toolbox
On the Toolbox page, you can use third-party and Windows operating system utilities, including System clipboard, Audio and video diagnostics, Keyboard diagnostics, and Windows system update file cleanup.
Feedback
On the Feedback page, you can submit product feedback.
