This topic describes how to adjust the display of a cloud computer on a mobile client, including its resolution, scaling, quality, and screen rotation.
The examples in this topic are based on the iOS client V7.7 and the Enterprise Edition. If your experience differs from the description in this topic, you may be using a different client or an outdated version. Upgrade to the latest version.
Prerequisites
You are logged on to a mobile client. For more information, see Log on to the mobile client.
A cloud computer is available. If no cloud computer is available after you log on, contact your IT administrator to assign one to you. For more information, see Assign cloud computers to users.
Adjust the resolution and scaling
You can adjust the screen resolution and UI scaling of the cloud computer on the mobile client.
Connect to the cloud computer.
Open the DesktopAssistant and tap Settings.

Tap the Display tab and set Resolution and UI Scaling.

Resolution: The resolution of the cloud computer screen.
UI Scaling: If applications or text on the cloud computer screen are too large or too small, modify the UI Scaling setting to change their size.
Adjust the graphic quality
You can adjust the graphic quality of the cloud computer on the mobile client.
Connect to the cloud computer.
Open the DesktopAssistant and tap Settings.

Tap the Graphic tab and adjust the settings.
Administrator-controlled mode
If an administrator specifies a graphic mode in the policy associated with your cloud computer (this feature requires image version 2.1.0 or later), the graphic mode is locked, and you cannot change it. For example, if the administrator sets the graphic mode to Daily Office Scenario, the graphic mode is fixed to this value.

User-defined mode
If an administrator sets the graphic mode to End User Custom Configuration in the policy associated with your cloud computer (this feature requires image version 2.1.0 or later), or if your cloud computer uses an image version earlier than 2.1.0, you can select one of the following options on the Graphic tab:

Intelligent: The cloud computer automatically adjusts the frame rate and graphic quality based on the use case, device, and network conditions.
Best Performance: The maximum frame rate is 60 FPS, and the best graphic quality you can get is medium. You cannot change the maximum frame rate or graphic quality.
Best Quality: The maximum frame rate is 30 FPS, and the best graphic quality you can get is high. You cannot change the maximum frame rate or graphic quality.
Custom: You can customize the graphic quality parameters. A higher frame rate and better graphic quality require more device and network resources. The real-time frame rate and graphic quality are dynamically adjusted based on the device and network conditions.
Maximum Frame Rate: The number of frames displayed per second, measured in frames per second (FPS). A higher frame rate results in smoother video. The value ranges from 10 to 60.
Highest Graphic Quality: The highest quality that the cloud computer screen can render.
NoteThe available options depend on the graphic quality policies enabled by the administrator for this cloud computer. If the current graphic quality does not meet your needs, contact the administrator to enable more graphic quality options.
Adjust the screen orientation
When you use a cloud computer on a mobile client, you can have the screen rotate automatically when you rotate your mobile device, or you can rotate it manually.
Automatic rotation
Connect to the cloud computer.
Disable the rotation lock on your mobile device.
Rotate your mobile device. The cloud computer screen will rotate automatically.
Manual rotation
This feature requires client version 7.7 or later.
Connect to your cloud computer.
Tap the screen rotation button at the very bottom of the DesktopAssistant.
NoteAfter you manually rotate the screen, rotating the mobile device will no longer affect the orientation for the current session. You can only adjust it using the screen rotation button.

Use floating window mode
On mobile devices that support Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode, you can display your cloud computer in a floating window to easily switch to other applications. This feature requires client version 6.7 or later.
Enable the PiP feature on your mobile device. This topic uses iOS 18.6 as an example.
Open the Settings app.
In the Settings app, choose .
Turn on Start PiP Automatically.

Connect to the cloud computer.
Open the DesktopAssistant and tap Settings.

Tap the Control tab and turn on Floating Window.

While the cloud computer is connected, switch to another application on your mobile device. The cloud computer will then be displayed in a floating window. Tap the restore icon in the upper-right corner of the floating window to restore the cloud computer to full screen.
