SSL-VPN quotas cap the number of resources you can create and the rate at which you can call APIs. Check your current usage, request increases for adjustable quotas, and set up quota templates to apply consistent limits across your organization.
Quota management consoles
Manage SSL-VPN quotas in either console:

Quota types
SSL-VPN quotas fall into two categories:

Yes. Request increases in the Quota Center console only. VPN Gateway API rate limits are not shown in the VPC console. |
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An Alibaba Cloud account with quota management permissions. By default, only Alibaba Cloud accounts can manage quotas in Quota Center. To allow RAM users to manage quotas, grant the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permission

To view general quotas, click the General Quota tab in the Quota Type section. Filter by keyword to find quota names, descriptions, and usage.
To view API rate limits, click the API Rate Limit tab in the Quota Type section. Filter by keyword and Region to find the API version and quota value.
Request a quota increase
If a default quota is too low, submit a quota increase request. The Quota Center console supports increase requests for both general quotas and API rate limits. The VPC console supports general quotas only.
After you submit a request, the technical support team reviews it and notifies you of the result by text message and email. Requests with a specific target value and a clear business reason are more likely to be approved quickly.

Create a quota template
A quota template automatically submits quota increase requests for new member accounts added to your resource directory. Existing member accounts are not affected. Use quota templates to standardize resource limits across your organization without manually processing each new account.
The template applies only when it is Enabled and your account has joined it.
