After the administrator grants the product access and launch permissions to an end user who is granted the management permissions on the Service Catalog console, the end user can launch a product.
Prerequisites

The end user is granted the product access and launch permissions by the administrator. For more information, see Grant the end user the permissions to access the product and Step 2: Create a launch constraint.
Procedure
Log on to the Service Catalog console as an end user.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Products.
On the Products page, find the product that you want to launch and click Launch product in the Operation column.
In the Launch product wizard, configure the parameters and click Next. The following table describes the parameters.

The name of the product instance.
You can enter a name for the product instance. You can also select Automatic generate. Then, the system generates a name for the product instance.

The version of the product.
NoteIf the product has multiple versions, select a version based on the recommended information of the version.

The region where the product instance resides. The following signature algorithms require different message digest algorithms:
If the administrator does not specify region constraints, you can select a region from all regions that support the product instance. For more information, see Supported regions.
If the administrator already specified region constraints, the end user can only select a region from the regions that are specified by the administrator. For more information, see Create a region constraint.

Manage tags
The tags that are attached to the product.
You can view the tags that the administrator attached to the product. You can also attach custom tags to the product. For more information about the tags that the administrator attached to the product, see Overview of TagOptions.

Optional. Configure parameters for the product instance.
NoteYou must configure the parameters based on the Terraform template that is used to create the product.

Check and confirm the information in the Product information, Instance information, and Parameter sections. Then, click Launch product.
NoteIf an administrator configures an approval constraint for the product, you must create a plan. After the administrator approves the plan, you can launch the product. For more information, see Manage a plan.
Execution result
After you launch the product, a product instance is created and deployed in the region that you specify in the Service Catalog console. In addition, a stack is created in the same region in the Resource Orchestration Service (ROS) console.
