Service Catalog can be activated in specific regions. End users can deploy product instances in additional supported regions.

Regions where a product instance can be deployed when an end user launches a product
When an end user launches a product, a product instance is created. The end user can select a region to deploy the product instance. Resource Orchestration Service (ROS) then creates a stack in the selected region. The following regions are supported:
