When scheduled or one-time tasks fail or behave unexpectedly, you need a reliable way to trace what happened. The Professional Edition provides significantly expanded storage for execution history. Execution records store two months of task execution history, including one-time tasks, so you can query past runs by multiple dimensions, review execution details, and access logs for debugging.
Execution history storage takes effect only after an application group is upgraded to the Professional Edition. Records generated before the upgrade cannot be queried on this page.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A SchedulerX application running on the Professional Edition
(Optional) A connection to Simple Log Service (SLS) for log queries. For setup instructions, see Integrate Log Service with SchedulerX
Query execution records
Log on to the Distributed Task Scheduling Platform and select a region in the top menu bar.
In the left navigation pane, choose Professional Query > Records, and then select a Namespace.
On the Records page, locate the execution record you need. The page provides the following query options:
Query method Description Filter by application ID Narrow results to a specific application Filter by task ID Narrow results to a specific task Filter by instance ID Locate a specific execution instance Filter by time range Limit results to a specific period (up to two months) Filter by task status Show only records with a specific status Keyword search Run a fuzzy prefix match. Enter a task name prefix followed by an asterisk ( *) to match all tasks whose names start with that prefixIn the Actions column of the target record, click Details to view the execution history, or click Log to view log output.
The Log action requires a connection to Simple Log Service (SLS). If you have not set up the connection, see Integrate Log Service with SchedulerX.
