If your instance is purchased on or after November 13, 2024, the new maximum number of connections automatically takes effect on the instance.
If your instance is purchased before November 13, 2024, you can change the configurations of this instance on or after November 13, 2024. Then, the new maximum number of connections automatically takes effect on the instance. For more information, see Change the configurations of an instance.
