Fill in permissions

When you fill in a complex table, you do not have separate permissions. The permissions of the workbook are used as the basis and the permissions of analysts and developers are limited.

Perform collaborative authorization

• Function entry

• The permissions of the Collaboration Authorization section are Edit, Export (including View), View, and End Date.

  • Export (Including View) and View do not require users to be in the current workspace. If you authorize Export (Including View), you are automatically authorized to view. You must specify the End Date.

  • Edit requires the user to grant this permission in the current workspace. The preceding two permissions are automatically granted without the date limit.

• Public report filling: users who have obtained the link can fill in the report after it is made public.

Edit a question

• New table:

  • Developer A itself can go in and set the filling cell and configure the warehousing.

  • Analysts do not have the permissions to edit the data source. Therefore, they can only view the reporting feature and create or edit the style of the reporting control. However, they cannot configure the writing mode of the reporting control or write it to a physical table.

• You have configured the filling cell and receipt table:

  • Developer B can modify the filling control and configure the storage table. If Developer B does not have permissions on the currently configured filling data source, it cannot be modified on the original basis and can only switch to another data source.

  • Analysts can see the filling feature and create /edit the style of the filling control. However, they cannot configure the writing mode of the filling control or write it to a physical table.
