This topic introduces the personal space recycle bin feature. Files that you no longer need in your personal space are moved to the recycle bin after you delete them. You can manage files and folders in the recycle bin.
Recycle bin introduction
The recycle bin provides a file recovery feature with a default retention period of 90 days. The super administrator or disk administrator can modify the retention period. Files in the recycle bin occupy disk storage space. After the retention period expires, the files are automatically purged.
Super administrators/Disk administrators can view and manage all files and folders deleted from team spaces.
Team administrators can only manage files and folders deleted from the team spaces they are responsible for.
Regular users cannot view files and folders deleted from team spaces by default.
Everyone can view files and folders deleted from their own personal spaces. Others do not have permission to view them.

Recover files
You can select one or multiple files or folders to Permanently Delete. Permanently deleted files cannot be recovered.
For files deleted by regular users from team or enterprise spaces, contact the administrator to recover or delete them.
Permanently delete
You can select one or multiple files or folders to Recover Files. Files will be restored to their original paths.
Empty recycle bin
You can click Empty Recycle Bin. All files in the recycle bin will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Search function
After entering the recycle bin, you can filter and search based on space, file type, file size, deletion time, and who deleted the file.
Sort display
The sorting methods supported in the recycle bin include the following: mixed arrangement of files and folders or folders displayed at the top.
The display methods for files in the recycle bin include the following: list view and table view.
