Last Updated:Mar 31, 2025

This topic introduces the personal space recycle bin feature. Files that you no longer need in your personal space are moved to the recycle bin after you delete them. You can manage files and folders in the recycle bin.

Recycle bin introduction

The recycle bin provides a file recovery feature with a default retention period of 90 days. The super administrator or disk administrator can modify the retention period. Files in the recycle bin occupy disk storage space. After the retention period expires, the files are automatically purged.

  • Super administrators/Disk administrators can view and manage all files and folders deleted from team spaces.

  • Team administrators can only manage files and folders deleted from the team spaces they are responsible for.
