Drive and Photo Service:How to set permissions

This topic describes how administrators configure access permissions for Enterprise Cloud Disk.

Important

Authorization management for files is not supported.

Feature Enablement

To configure permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the Enterprise Cloud Disk Management Console using a super administrator or cloud disk administrator account.

  2. Enable this feature under Security Policy > Sharing/Authorization Settings.

  3. After enabling the feature, complete the following steps to ensure that authorization settings take effect:

    • Web client: Refresh the page, and then configure authorization.

    • Client: Log out and log back in, and then configure authorization.

    After completing these steps, the permission configurations apply.

Permission Settings

Modify Enterprise Space Access Permissions

  • Under Team Management, select the enterprise. Click the Edit button to modify the default access permissions for the enterprise space.

Modify Team Space Access Permissions

Method 1:

  • Under Team Management, select the team. Click the Edit button to modify the default access permissions for the team.

Method 2:

  • In the Management Console, click Return to User Interface in the upper-right corner. Then, under Enterprise > Team Space, select the team cloud disk and click Authorization Management to customize access permissions for the cloud disk.

Modify Enterprise/Team Space Folder Access Permissions

  • In the Management Console, click Return to User Interface in the upper-right corner. Then, under Enterprise > Enterprise/Team Space, select the folder and click Authorization Management to customize access permissions for the folder.
