After you create a cloud-native gateway in Microservices Engine (MSE), use the gateway overview page to check its status, review basic configuration, manage associated Server Load Balancer (SLB) Ingress instances, and configure security group authorization.
From the overview page, you can:
View basic gateway configuration
Associate or disassociate SLB instances as gateway Ingresses
Add or manage authorized security groups
Restart the gateway
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that you have:
A cloud-native gateway in MSE
Access to the MSE console
Open the gateway overview page
Log on to the MSE console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Cloud-native Gateway > Gateways. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
On the Gateways page, click the name of the gateway.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Overview.
Basic information
The Basic Information section displays the core configuration of the gateway.

Restart the gateway
To restart the gateway, click Restart Gateway in the Basic Information section, then click OK in the confirmation dialog box.
We recommend that you restart the gateway during off-peak hours.
Gateway Ingress
The Gateway Ingress tab lists the SLB instances associated with the gateway as Ingresses. From this tab, associate or disassociate SLB instances to manage how traffic enters the gateway.
For detailed steps, see Manage SLB instances that are specified as Ingresses.
Security group authorization
The Security Group Authorization tab displays the security groups associated with the gateway. From this tab, add or manage authorized security groups to control which resources can communicate with the gateway.
For detailed steps, see Perform security group authorization.
What to do next
After you review the gateway details, you can:
Manage SLB instances that are specified as Ingresses -- Associate or disassociate SLB instances to control Ingress traffic
Perform security group authorization -- Add security groups to control network access to the gateway
