Billing
You're billed for two components for Vector Retrieval Service for Milvus: Compute Units (CUs) and storage.
Billable item | Description |
CU | Compute resources for operations such as data writes and queries are measured in Compute Units (CUs). One CU is equivalent to 1 vCPU and 4 GiB of memory. |
Storage | You don't need to provision storage capacity upfront. You are billed hourly for the storage you use. Your usage is displayed on the instance's Details page. Important Backup storage is also billed hourly based on usage. These charges are included in your total storage fee and are not listed as a separate item. |

Storage
Storage is billed hourly based on your actual usage. The usage is displayed on the instance's Details page.

Refund policy
If you no longer need a prepaid subscription instance, you can request a refund. The refund amount is calculated based on the usage of the subscribed resources. For more information, see Unsubscribe from a resource.

Refunds apply only to payments made with cash or stored value cards. Amounts paid with vouchers or coupons are not refundable.
