This topic describes how to create and manage alert rules of a cloud-native gateway and how to configure a DingTalk chatbot to send alert notifications.

Manage alert contacts

When an alert rule is triggered, notifications are sent to the specified contact group. Before you create a contact group, you must create contacts. For more information about how to create contacts and contact groups, see Manage alert contacts.

Manage alert rules

You can modify, disable, enable, or delete alert rules. You can also view alert history and manage alerts at the earliest opportunity. For more information, see Manage alert rules.

Configure a DingTalk chatbot to send alert notifications

The alerting feature of Microservice Engine (MSE) allows you to receive alert notifications by using DingTalk groups. After you configure a DingTalk chatbot to send alert notifications, you can specify DingTalk groups to receive alert notifications.
