Marketplace:ISV Marketplace Order Guide

Follow these steps to place an order on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.

1. Preparations

   1. Verify that your account is active with a valid payment method (personal credit card or enterprise credit). Enterprise verification: https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/account/verify-your-identity-enterprise-account/

   2. Confirm your Account ID with the ISV vendor if a discount or private offer applies. The person placing the order must have access to the same account.

   3. Find your Account ID in the console: https://account-console.alibabacloud.com

   4. Log in with the main account to purchase. RAM users, RAM roles, and STS are not supported.

   5. For account issues, submit a ticket: https://smartservice.console.alibabacloud.com/service/create-ticket-intl

2. Place the Order

   1. Log on to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, and find the target product.

   2. Verify that the product details and final pricing match the quotation you received.

   3. The following pricing options are available:

      Free Trial	BYOL	PAYG	Subscription	One Time	Private Offer
      Test product performance before purchasing.	Deploy on Alibaba Cloud with your own license, purchased offline.	Pay-as-you-go billing by hour or day.	Monthly or yearly prepaid plans for long-term savings.	Bundled pricing for a package that covers all requirements.	Custom pricing based on offline negotiation.

   4. For Private Offer, an unpaid order is generated in the Marketplace Console. Complete payment within 7 days or the offer expires.

3. Order Review

Check order details in Console->Expenses->Orders. Tax is calculated based on your account registration region and listed separately from the product price.

4. Invoicing

Download invoices from Console->Expenses->Invoices.

5. Buying Image Products

   1. On the product detail page, click Choose Your Plan to open the ECS configuration page.

   2. Select the ECS instance specifications based on your requirements.

   3. Check instance details in Marketplace Console -> My Software Subscription.

6. Buying SaaS Products

   1. Subscriptions

      1. On the product detail page, click Buy Now to complete the purchase.

      2. Select deployment preferences and verify all requirements are met in the right panel.

   2. PAYG

      1. On the product detail page, click Activate Now to complete the purchase.

      2. Check the box to confirm the Pay-as-you-go mode.

         

      3. Check instance details in Marketplace Console -> My Software Subscription.

7. Buying API Products

   1. On the product detail page, click Buy Now to complete the purchase.

   2. Check the box of End User License Agreenment and other Terms to create an order.

   3. Tax is calculated based on your account registration region and listed separately from the product price.

8. Buying Service Products

   1. On the product detail page, click Buy Now to complete the purchase.

   2. Check the box of End User License Agreenment and other Terms to create an order.

   3. Tax is calculated based on your account registration region and listed separately from the product price.

   4. After purchase, go to Marketplace Console -> Delivery Center to submit your delivery order.

   5. Review order information on the left panel and fill in delivery requirements on the right. Upload offline contracts using the button in the lower right.

Note: To complete a Service Product transaction, both vendor and buyer must confirm delivery in the Delivery Center.

9. Manage private offer bills

   1. Log in to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace and open the console.

   2. Click Private Offer, select the target offer, and click Detail.

   3. Check the information and click Pay.
