    Marketplace:ISV Marketplace Order Guide

    If you plan to place an order in Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, please follow below instructions:

    1. Preparations

      1. Make sure your account is active with valid payment options set up (Personal Credit Card or Enterprise Credit), click here to proceed with Enterprise Verification: https://www.alibabacloud.com/help/en/account/verify-your-identity-enterprise-account/

      2. Confirm the Account ID with ISV vendor in advance if a discount or private offer is provided, whoever place the order should have access to the same Account.

      3. Account ID can be found at console as below screenshot: https://account-console.alibabacloud.comimage.png

      4. Customer needs to log into the Main Account for the purchase, not sub-account or RAM users.

      5. For any account related issues please submit ticket online by clicking here: https://smartservice.console.alibabacloud.com/service/create-ticket-intl

    2. Place the Order

      1. Log on to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, and find the target product.

      2. Make sure the product details and the final pricing is in consistency with the quotation you received.

      3. We have various pricing options to curate your needs:

        Free Trial

        BYOL

        PAYG

        Subscription

        One Time

        Private Offer

        Allow users to test the product's performance before purchase

        Bring Your Own License, users deploy product on Alibaba Cloud and purchase license offline

        Pay as You Go, billing by hour/day, cost-efficient for users

        Monthly or Yearly prepaid for users' long-term saving plan

        Combined pricing for a package to suite users overall request

        Customized pricing for specific users according to the offline discussion

      4. For Private Offer, there will be an unpaid order generated for you in Marketplace Console. Please make sure to complete the payment within 7 days or the Offer will be expired.

    3. Order Review

    You will be able to check the order details in Console->Expenses->Orders. Tax is automatically calculated based on the region/country of your Account Registrtation and listed separately from the product price.

    1. Invoicing

    You will be able to download the invoices in Console->Expenses->Invoices.

    1. Buying Image Products

      1. Go to Product Detail Page, click Choose Your Plan to the ECS setting page. image.png

      2. Choose the ECS sizing according to your request. image.png

      3. You will be able to check instance details in Marketplace Console -> My Software Subscription.

    1. Buying SaaS Products

      1. Subscriptions

        1. Go to Product Detail Page, click Buy Now to proceed the purchase. image.png

        2. Select Deployment Preferences based on your request and make sure all requirements are met in the right bar.

      2. PAYGimage (59)

        1. Go to Product Detail Page, click Activate Now to proceed the purchase. image (59)

        2. Check the box to confirm the Pay-as-you-go mode. image.png

        3. You will be able to check instance details in Marketplace Console -> My Software Subscription.

    1. Buying API Products

      1. Go to Product Detail Page, click Buy Now to proceed the purchase. image.png

      2. Check the box of End User License Agreenment and other Terms to create an order.image.png

      3. Tax is automatically calculated based on the region/country of your Account Registrtation and listed separately from the product price.

    1. Buying Service Products

      1. Go to Product Detail Page, click Buy Now to proceed the purchase. image.png

      4. After the purchase is completed, go to Marketplace Console -> Delivery Center to submit your delivery order. image.png

      5. You can check the Product Order Information on the left bar and fill in your delivery demand on the right bar. If an offline contract is needed, you can upload the file by clicking the button the right lower side.

    ###Please note: In order to complete the transaction of a Service Product, both Vendor and User need to confirm Service Delivery in the Delivery Center! For further information please go to Delivery Center.

    1. Manage private offer bills

      1. Go to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, login and click console.1

      2. Click Private Offer, choose the offer you want, and then click Detail. 2

      3. Check the information and click Pay.3
