IMPORTANT: In order to complete the transaction of a Service Product, both Vendor and User need to confirm Service Delivery in the Delivery Center!
For Users
Step 1: After you have purchased the Service Product, click https://market.console.alibabacloud.com/ to enter the marketplace console and go to Delivery Center. Check the Current Phase of the delivery order and Executor shows which side of the deal needs to act. Click Detail for further actions.
Step 2: You need to Submit Demand as soon as the payment is completed. Please fill in the contact information and demand details, make sure to upload any documents that you need the ISV vendor to confirm during a delivery. The ISV vendor will start Project Delivery after the service demand is submitted.
Step 3: After the Project Delivery is finished by the ISV Vendor, user will need to Confirm Delivery as the final step or it will be automatically confirmed if timeout.
***It is only after all three steps are finished that the ISV vendor would be able to get the payment from Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
For Vendors
Step 1: ISV vendor could access the Delivery Center from the console same as above, or through the Seller Portal as below (https://marketplace.alibabacloud.com/msp). The delivery procedure is set when you publish the Service Product, see Product Types for more details.
Step 2: After the user submitted the Demand, you will be able to check the contact information and demand details in the Delivery Center. Please start Project Delivery and make sure to Finish the process and inform the user for the next step.
***It is only after all three steps are finished that the ISV vendor would be able to get the payment from Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.

There are Four types of Standard Delivery Procedure with specific focus. The ISV vendor will decide which procedure is best fit for the Service Product when they publish such product. User can reach out to ISV vendor for procedure customization.
Basic Delivery Process
This is the most commonly used procedure for simple delivery process.
Delivery Process with Double Check
This procedure includes warranty information.
Delivery Process with Signing a Contract
This procedure allows ISV vendor to upload the contract copy that signed with the user during the delivery.
