You can scale Capacity storage (cold storage) out or in directly from the Lindorm console.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
Capacity storage enabled for the Lindorm instance. For more information, see Enable Capacity storage
Behavior during resize operations
During a scale-out or scale-in operation, the instance status changes to RESIZING or Scaling In. While the instance is in either state, other management operations are unavailable — including enabling a service and upgrading or downgrading the instance. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the status to return to Running before performing other operations.
The scale-in storage operation requires an extended period of time to complete. Schedule scale-in operations during off-peak hours.
Scale Capacity storage
Scale-out increases your Capacity storage; scale-in reduces it. Both operations follow the same steps — the difference is the button you click in step 5.
Log on to the Lindorm console.
In the upper-left corner of the page, select the region where the instance is deployed.
On the Instances page, click the ID of the target instance, or click View Instance Details in the Actions column.
In the left navigation pane, choose Cold Storage.
Click Scale out Storage to increase capacity, or click Scale In Storage to reduce it.

On the Change Specification page, set Capacity-based cloud storage capacity to the target value.
