Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch is fully compatible with open source Elasticsearch features and provides advanced features of the X-Pack plug-in. Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch offers two editions and a variety of versions. The editions include Standard Edition and Kernel-enhanced Edition, and the versions ranges from V5.X to V8.X.
On February 8, 2022, Alibaba Cloud Elasticsearch launched the cloud-native control architecture to improve O&M efficiency. Elasticsearch clusters deployed in this architecture integrate a variety of capabilities to facilitate cluster management, configuration, and O&M and ensure security and high availability.
