An overdue payment suspends your E-MapReduce (EMR) Serverless StarRocks instances and, if left unresolved, permanently deletes your business data. Top up your Alibaba Cloud account to restore access and avoid data loss.
Subscription instances
When a subscription instance expires, it progresses through the following stages:

Pay-as-you-go instances
When your Alibaba Cloud account has an overdue payment, all pay-as-you-go instances under that account are affected simultaneously:

After computing resources are released, business data is immediately and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

On the Account Overview page, view the overdue amount.
