If your account has an overdue payment, your E-MapReduce (EMR) Serverless StarRocks instance becomes unavailable. You can top up your account within a specific period of time to restore your instance. This prevents the impact on your business. Overdue payments
The policies for handling the overdue payments of instances vary based on the billing method. The following table describes the policies.

View overdue amounts
Log on to the Expenses and Costs Console.
On the Account Overview page, view the overdue amount.
