Resource plans or subscription quotas of a workspace are paid based on a specific subscription period when you purchase the resource plans or subscription quotas. If you no longer require a resource plan or subscription quota, you can apply for a refund. This topic describes the refund rules and procedure of refunding resource plans and subscription quotas.
Refund rule
Subscription quota
You can apply for a partial refund for a subscription quota. You can calculate the refundable amount by using the following formula: Refundable amount = Paid amount - Fees for consumed resources
.
The paid amount is the money that you paid and excludes the amount that is offset by coupons or vouchers.
You can calculate the fees for consumed resources by using the following formula:
Fees for consumed resources = (Used duration/Subscription duration) × Paid amount
.
Resource plan
You can apply for a full refund for a resource plan if the resource plan is not used within five days after you purchase the resource plan. The refundable amount is equal to the paid amount. The paid amount is the money that you paid and excludes the amount that is offset by coupons or vouchers.
