Subscription Data Transmission Service (DTS) instances expire at the end of their subscription term. To avoid service interruptions, renew an instance manually or enable auto-renewal before it expires.
Pay-as-you-go instances are billed in real time based on usage and do not require renewal. Keep your account balance sufficient to avoid interruptions.
Before you begin
Grace period: You can renew a subscription instance up to 7 days after it expires. After this period, the instance is released and cannot be recovered.
Applicable instances: Only subscription instances require renewal. Pay-as-you-go instances do not.
Manually renew an instance

DTS consoleLog on to the DTS console.

In the upper-left corner of the page, select the region where the DTS instance resides.
The actual steps may vary based on the mode and layout of the DMS console. For details, see Simple mode and Customize the layout and style of the DMS console.
Log on to the DMS console.
In the top navigation bar, choose Data + AI > DTS (DTS) > Data Synchronization or Data + AI > DTS (DTS) > Change Tracking.

In the dialog box, verify the Basic Information of the destination instance. Under New Instance Class, select a Subscription Duration.
Select Data Transmission Service (Pay-as-you-go) Service Terms.

Enable auto-renewal
Auto-renewal deducts fees automatically before the subscription expires, so the instance renews without manual action.
How auto-renewal works:
The system deducts fees 9 days before the subscription expires. Make sure your payment method has enough balance by then.
The instance is renewed based on the auto-renewal period you select. For example, a 3-month period charges you for a 3-month subscription each renewal cycle.
To modify or cancel auto-renewal, see Renew an expiring resource.
Steps:
Log on to the DTS console.
In the top navigation bar, choose Expenses > Renewal Management.
On the Resource Renewal page, filter the list to show only Data Transmission Service instances.
Click the Manual Renewal or Non-renewal tab.
Locate the target instance and click Enable Auto-renewal in the Actions column. To enable auto-renewal for multiple instances at once, select the instances and click Enable Auto-renewal at the bottom of the page.
In the Enable Auto-renewal dialog box, select an Auto-renewal Period and click Enable Auto-renewal.
