A General-purpose Data Transfer Plan only offsets fees from supported pay-by-data-transfer products such as ECS, EIP, CLB, and Internet Shared Bandwidth. Supported products and traffic types.
-
Possible cause 2: The General-purpose plan you purchased does not cover the region of your cloud product.

-
Possible reason 3: There is a delay in bill generation
A Data Transfer Plan takes effect immediately after purchase, but Alibaba Cloud bills for pay-by-data-transfer products have approximately a one-hour delay. For example, if you purchase a Data Transfer Plan at 17:10:00 on December 1, 2022, a bill viewed at 17:30:00 may still show charges for the 16:00:00 to 17:00:00 period. Any data transfer fees generated after 17:00:00 have not yet been billed. Check the billing period timestamp to confirm.
