The price of a data transfer plan varies based on its validity period and specifications.
A data transfer plan is a resource plan that automatically offsets data transfer fees for pay-by-data-transfer services, such as Elastic Compute Service (ECS), Elastic IP Address (EIP), Classic Load Balancer (CLB), and Internet Shared Bandwidth. Data transfer for EIPs of BGP (Multi-ISP) Pro is not covered. The plan offsets fees until its quota is exhausted or it expires. After you purchase a data transfer plan, it takes effect immediately and automatically offsets eligible data transfer fees. No additional action is required. Due to a 1- to 2-day delay in bill generation, your bill might temporarily show pay-by-data-transfer charges. This is normal. The updated bill will reflect these deductions.
You cannot unsubscribe from a data transfer plan.
Specifications of data transfer plans
Data transfer plans are available with a validity period of 1 month or 1 year. Refunds are not provided for expired data transfer plans. Unused data is forfeited and cannot be rolled over.

Bills and usage
You can view the bills and usage of your data transfer plan in the Expenses and Costs console.
Monthly bill overview
Go to the Expenses and Costs console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . On this page, you can view the total monthly amount for the billing cycle and export your bills.
Bill details
Go to the Expenses and Costs console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . On this page, you can view detailed bills for specific billing items and instances, filtered by billing cycle, day, or billing item.
Usage and details
Go to the Expenses and Costs console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose . On this page, you can view usage statistics or usage details. Set Resource Type: to Resource Plan.

To view usage, click the Instances tab. In the table, click the filter icon (
) next to the Product Name column and select Shared Data Transfer Plan. Find the target data transfer plan and view its detailed usage in the Total and Remaining Amount columns. -
To view usage details, click the Details tab and filter the results as needed.
You can click the export icon (
) in the upper-right corner of the summary table to export the data. In the exported file, usage is measured in bytes.
