Non-registrant contact information update
A non-registrant contact information update is a change to the admin contact, billing contact, or tech contact of a domain name. It does not include a change of registrant.
Prerequisites

The domain name is in your domain name list in the Alibaba Cloud Domain Names console.

The domain name must be active and not in its renewal grace period.

The domain name must not have an update lock enabled.

According to the policy of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), a domain cannot be transferred for 60 days after its registrant information is modified. If you need to transfer the domain out of Alibaba Cloud later, select the Disable "Prohibit transfer out of Alibaba Cloud within 60 days after successful domain information modification" option when you make the modification.
Procedure

Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Domain Names console.

On the Domain Names page, find the domain name you want to update and click Manage in the Actions column.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Domain name information change.

Select the Admin Contact Modification, Billing Contact Modification, or Tech Contact Modification tab.

Enter the required information and click Save.
