DataWorks allows you to view all workspaces within the current tenant and details of the workspaces, and manage projects or databases in the workspaces in Data Map.
Go to the page where you can view workspaces

Log on to the DataWorks console. In the target region, click in the left-side navigation pane. On the page that appears, click Go to Data Map.

In the left navigation pane, click the
icon and select to open the workspace page.
View the workspace list
On the workspace page, you can view the overview information for all workspaces in the current tenant. Each row in the list contains the following fields:

Name: The display name of the workspace.

ID: The globally unique ID of the workspace.

Owner: The owner of the workspace.
-
Members: The number of members who have joined the workspace.

Mode: The development mode of the workspace, either Standard mode or Simple mode.
You can quickly locate a target workspace in the following ways:

Filter by type: In the left navigation pane, click Search. In the Type filter area, select Workspace, then filter by criteria such as owner. To clear the filters, click Reset.

Result display: The search results on the right are sorted by relevance. Each result shows the workspace ID, owner, mode, and other key information.
View the details of a workspace
On the workspace page, click a workspace name to open its details page. The details page uses a two-pane layout:

Left basic information: Displays the workspace's Name, Development Mode, Owner, Creation Time, and Description, together with summary indicators such as Total Tables, Members, Environment, Workspace Region, and Engine Region.

Right project/database list: Shows the MaxCompute projects and databases that the workspace is bound to. The columns include Project/Database, Type, Environment Type, and Creation Time.
In the right list, click the name of a project or database to drill down to the corresponding metadata details page and view the table list and table details under that container. To dig further into a specific table's columns, output, lineage, and so on, see MaxCompute table data.
If an administrator has configured custom attributes for the workspace, you can also view these attributes and their values on the workspace details page. Custom attributes support inheritance: values set at the workspace level are automatically inherited by its child datasets. For more information, see Custom attributes.
